Practical notes

Apartment access: doors, lifts and bathrooms

Measurements for the apartment you will book, from the pavement to the bed.

A lift is only one part of the route. There may be steps at the entrance, narrow doors after the lift or a split-level layout inside the apartment.

Start on the pavement and finish inside the apartment. Include the threshold, any ramp, corridor doors and lift. For arrival by car, show where someone can stop to unload.

Published accessible rooms

Citadines Holborn–Covent Garden and Citadines South Kensington offer an accessible accommodation category. Reserve that category specifically; other apartments in the building may have different layouts.

We have not carried out on-site access surveys. The access panel on each listing shows the information available and the measurements still missing.

Before paying

Keep the agreed access features with the booking confirmation, including the apartment or guaranteed room category and floor. For hired equipment, confirm delivery, collection and cost. Establish what happens if the lift is out of service during your stay.
